Healthy Lifestyles Healthy Kids is a 501(c) 3 corporation aimed to increase opportunities for kids to be physically active in an effort to prevent childhood obesity.

Established in the heart of Atlanta we aim to lead not only the children but also families as a whole, toward better lifestyle choices by providing programs that are exciting and challenging enough to keep them engaged.

We focus on youth development and strive to strengthen family's education of healthy habits using sports and nutritional science programs as our focus.

Basketball

HLHK Basketball is designed to provide young athletes (ages 5-21) a place to learn develop and strengthen their basketball skills and talents. HLHK Basketball has three levels (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced) for all age groups to ensure that all kids are learning in groups of like talent. Learn more.

Swimiming

HLHK offers the finest in swim lessons for all ages; along with a competititive team, masters training, pre-natal and post-natal programs, lifeguard training (LGT), water safety instructor (w.s.i.), and Certified Pool Operator Courses (CPO).

Soccer

HLHK SOCCER is a grass roots start up soccer program. We were born from our partnership with the East Lake Y.M.C.A. We focus on learning the fundamentals of competitive soccer while developing a love for the game. From ages 3-18, both boys and girls participate Learn more.

Donations

    As a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding kids, there are many expenses connected with running the club and we rely solely on our own fundraising efforts, the support of local businesses, and our community. We gladly accept and appreciate any and all donations. Donations may be sent via Paypal, check or money order.
